Overview
Our refund, return, and cancellation policy is designed to help customers in the best possible way. We follow a liberal approach to cancellations and refunds, while also maintaining fairness with vendors and product categories.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Cancellations
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1–2 days of placing the order.
- A cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
- Perishable items (like flowers, eatables, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer proves that the quality of the delivered product was not satisfactory.
Returns & Non-Returnable Items
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Returns are accepted only within 5 days of purchase.
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 1–2 days of receiving the product. The merchant will verify the issue before approval.
- If the product received is not as shown on the site or not as per your expectations, you must inform Customer Service within 1–2 days. The team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.
- For products with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 1–2 days and credited to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank (processing times may vary).

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at mail@manthanjkw.com and send the product to our address.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
- To return your product, please mail it to our address.
- You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
