Addendum: Terms of Use for “Manthan Ledger” Desktop Application
Effective Date: February 7, 2026
1. License Grant Manthan Infotech (“Licensor”) grants you (“Licensee”) a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the “Manthan Ledger” desktop application specifically for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
2. Data Ownership & Responsibility
- Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the financial data, entries, and records you create using the Software.
- Backups: The Software includes a feature to backup data to your personal Google Drive. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of your data.
- No Liability for Data Loss: Manthan Infotech shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, or recovery of data resulting from the use of this Software, Google Drive sync failures, or hardware malfunctions.
3. Google Drive Integration
- The Software uses Google APIs to store backups in your personal Google Drive. By using this feature, you agree to Google’s Terms of Service.
- We do not have access to your Google account credentials or any data stored in your Drive outside of the specific backups created by this Software.
4. Prohibited Uses You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, decode, decrypt, disassemble, or attempt to derive any source code from the Software.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright and trademark notices) of the Licensor.
5. Termination This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
Addendum: Terms of Use for “Manthan Classes”
